It also offers the vacuum packing process guaranteeing the conservation of the product, a longer shelf life, a product of excellent quality, and a better presentation of the product based on national and international market demand.
For a better identification of the portioned product, Expoganados offers a labeling system. It is a sticker that contains all the information required by current regulations: name of the cut, process date, expiration date, lot, weight, processing plant information, and plant authorization, this label is placed visibly on the portioned product.
